Each year, The Utah 1033 Foundation honors our heroes and helps dependents of current Utah Law Enforcement Officers pay for higher education through its annual Leadership Awards Program. In 2020, we will offer up to nine Awards of $1,500 each to qualified applicants in honor of our heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The application form is now live and available to download at https://utah1033.org/programs/leadership-awards/ (click the “Utah 1033 Foundation 2020 Leadership Award Application (now live!)” button on the right hand side of the screen), along with details regarding eligibility, the application process, timelines, etc.
Please help us spread the word! Active Utah Peace Officer dependents who are currently High School Seniors or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (and under the age of 25) are welcome to apply, subject to additional eligibility requirements as detailed in the application packet.
