Mona is a senior executive with over twenty-five years of successful leadership in sales, marketing, operations and customer service. Her continued dedication to an encouraging and proactive working environment has been the cornerstone of her career, and she has been quoted as saying “the greatest compliment I could ever receive is to someday work for someone I have trained.”
Mona is the Senior Vice President of Industry Relations for Realtors Property Resource, LLC, a newly formed subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors. In this role, she works closely with the 900 Multiple Listing Service executive officers and CEOs across the country to integrate the RPR’s data into the local MLS system. Prior to joining RPR at its inception in November, 2009, Mona (as a co-founder) held senior executive positions with Cyberhomes (a division of LPS Real Estate Group). Before that, Mona had managed a 135 person sales force, a small industry relations team and a 120 person Customer Care Center for Realtor.com, a division of Move, Inc., a NSADAQ company.
Mona has also served as Vice President of Real Estate Operations for eRealty.com, Vice President of Sales for iProperty.com, Vice President of Business Development for ImproveNet, and Vice President of Operations and Customer Service of Geac/Interealty Corporation. Previous to these positions, Mona also worked for PRC and Moore Data in Houston, Texas, where in addition to learning the value of shoulder pads and power lunches, also cut and sewed her own suits from Vogue patterns.
Mona also serves on the Board of Directors of The Utah 1033 Foundation, a non-profit she co-founded with her husband Tore. Its mission is to provide financial support to the families of fallen police officers in Utah.
Mona has a BS in Business Administration and studies towards an MBA from University of Tennessee.
Mona’s passions are her daughter and biggest fan, 32 year old Liz Beckham, and her husband Tore. When time allows, Mona loves to travel, enjoys skiing at Deer Valley in her home town of Park City when it’s not too cold and when the sky is blue, and she loves getting creative in the kitchen.
