Henry C. Glasheen

Henry has been a successful investment manager for the past 25 years, and currently manages the Park City Office of Wedbush Securities. He has significant experience in wealth management, retirement planning, and corporate cash management. He holds licenses as a securities broker and securities principal in 16 U.S. states.

Henry is the Co-Chair of the Summit County Economic Development Board formed in 2011 to stimulate job creation in Summit County. The board consists of the mayors of all incorporated cities in Summit County as well as business and government leaders in the County. The task of the Board is to create a marketing strategy for Summit County as a destination for C-Level executives moving their businesses to Utah.

Henry is also the Chairman of the Summit County Republican Party, and sits on the State Central Committee. As a leader in the Republican Party, He has interactions with County, State, and National political figures representing Utah residents. As the County Chair, Henry is responsible for election activities in all 43 precincts around Summit County including delegate selection, precinct elections, campaigns, and fundraising.

Henry sits on the Park City School District budget committee formed in 2011 to bring the expenses in line with changing revenues from the County and State government. As an experienced manager of corporate budgets, His expertise in financial management was sought out to help find a solution to this growing national problem in the local school district.

Henry has a significant interest in community activities within Summit County, and the state of Utah. He has lived in Park City with his wife and three children for 11 years, and has been involved in many community activities. He is a former financial board member of the National Ability Center, and a Lacrosse coach at Park City High School. His educational background includes undergraduate studies at Syracuse University (1981-1983) and Columbia University (1983-1985) and holds a bachelors degree in Political Science. Henry also attended the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business for a Professional MBA.
